Rx. Ginseng Ren Shen 12-15g Tonifies Spleen, Stomach and Lung Qi.
With Bai Zhu, tonifies the transformation and transportation functions of the Spleen.
With Bai Zhu, Fu Ling and Zhi Gan Cao, for Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency with Dampness with anorexia, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal distention and fatigue.
Rz. Atractylodis Macrocephalae Bai Zhu 12-15g Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi, dries Dampness and promotes water metabolism.
With Fu Ling and Zhi Gan Cao, for Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency.
Poria Fu Ling 12-15g Strengthens the Spleen and harmonizes the Middle Jiao.
With Bai Zhu, strengthens the Spleen and resolves Dampness.
With Zhi Ban Xia, for Phlegm, thin mucus and turbid Dampness.
With Zhi Ban Xia, Sheng Jiang and Chen Pi, for nausea, vomiting, chest fullness and distention and anorexia due to congested fluids.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Preparata Zhi Gan Cao 3-9g Tonifies the Spleen and augments Qi Moistens the Lungs, resolves Phlegm.
Rx. Astragali Huang Qi 12-30g Tonifies Qi and Blood, strengthens the Spleen, promotes the discharge of pus, generates flesh and expels toxins.
With Bai Zhu, for Spleen Qi Deficiency with weakness, lassitude and loose stools.
With Ren Shen, for Qi Deficiency with general debility, anorexia, fatigue, tired extremities and spontaneous sweating.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Chen Pi 4.5-12g Regulates and descends Qi, adjusts the Middle, relieves the diaphragm, dries Dampness and transforms Phlegm.
With Bai Zhu, for anorexia and other symptoms of Damp Obstruction due to Spleen Deficiency.
Rz. Zingiberis Recens Sheng Jiang 6-9g Warms the Middle, stops vomiting, adjusts the Ying and Wei, normalizes the flow of Qi at the center and reduces the toxicity of other herbs.
With Da Zao, alleviates epigastric pain, nausea, and vomiting by strengthening the Spleen and prevents Phlegm accumulation.
With Zhi Ban Xi, for vomiting due to many causes.
With Chen Pi, for Cold-Dampness Obstructing the Middle with nausea and hiccup.
Fr. Jujube Da Zao 9-12g Tonifies the Spleen and Stomach, augments Qi, nourishes the Blood, calms the Spirit and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
With Dang Shen, Bai Zhu and Fu Ling, for weakness and lassitude due to Spleen and Stomach Deficiency.

Rz. Pinelliae Preparatum Zhi Ban Xia 9-12g Dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm, descends Rebellious Qi, stops vomiting, dissipates nodules, reduces Stagnation, treats sores, skin ulcerations and carbuncles and reduces swelling.
With Chen Pi, for epigastric and abdominal distention or pain due to disharmony of the Stomach Qi.
